Santa to fly into Weston-super-Mare

In order to rest his Reindeer for their heavy Christmas work load, Santa Claus will be flying down from his Toy Factory at The North Pole by helicopter to visit the local children of Weston-super-Mare.

Santa will be landing at the heliport of The Helicopter Museum in Weston-super-Mare to host a special Christmas Themed Family Fun Day there on Sunday 4th December.

As well as being able to meet Santa, Children will be able to sit in his famous Sleigh that will be parked at the museum for the day. Also on the day there will be charity stalls, games, Christmas magic, open cockpits and helicopter flights. Seasonal Fayre will also be served in the Museum Café.

“All children purchasing admission tickets on the day will be getting a free present from Santa.” said the Museum’s Visitor Services Manager, Tom Umpleby. “Santa is scheduled to land late morning dependent on weather conditions both here and at the North Pole, and he is really looking forward to greeting all the children from the local area.”
